sleep problems in toddlers
Toddler sleep problems ..Please Help?

I have 20month old boy, few months back he started waking up twice in the night . 12:15am and 4am and seems to be hungry looking for milk, if we give him milk, he drinks and goes back to good sleep, but we dont give him milk as doctor said it would rot his teeths. we tried giving him water instead of milk (as suggested by doctor), but then he screems and does not go back to sleep. Both of us are working and its tough for us not to sleep and go to work next day. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The only way it would rot his teeth is if he was laying in bed and fell asleep with the bottle in his mouth while it constantly leaked milk on his teeth. As long as he is awake to swallow the milk his teeth will be fine. If you are still worried, then you can always brush his teeth in the morning when he wakes up.
